Battle of the Bands- Trivia Night – Saturday July 29th
Who will be the Trivia champs of 2023?
Last year was our most successful Trivia Night and we are looking forward to surpassing all our goals for this year with another amazing evening- which this year, will include a dance party afterwards!
The pressure is on to see who will dominate as most " Knowledgeable of things " at ESS.
This year’s theme is...... Battle of the Bands- Music theme!
Come dressed as your favourite rock God/Goddess, musical genius, pop sensation, band, or music genre.
GO WILD!!!!!
Limited tickets/tables available $250 per table of 10 and $25 single tickets.
Purchase your table via the Qkr! app. Limited numbers.
Doors open at 5pm for all teams to decorate their tables- don't forget that there will be some amazing prizes up for grabs for best themed tables and costumes.
The Bar will start serving from 5.30pm and trivia will start from 7pm. This will be a cashless event.
BYO any snacks or food- you may even like to order in.

Tuck Inn
Can you help us during the school term at the Tuck Inn.
We are very lucky to have such a wonderful uptake of what the tuckshop offers but someone must then make it all.
Please see the volunteer link below to help on a Wednesday or Friday. We are even looking for parents to help with putting stickers on the tuckshop bags which is a 15-minute job.
If we cannot consistently get enough help, we will have to look at decreasing the quality and quantity of the items sold and cancel days, which we really would prefer not to do. Some of these actions have already taken place.
Maybe a grandparent would like to help- all they need is a BlueCard.
If you can’t help physically, why not some home baking which can be done at any time.

Without volunteers we cannot sustain to continue to offer the tuckshop, uniform shop, or any of the wonderful events we have all come to know and love.

Father’s Day Stall – Wednesday 30th August
Do you love the Father’s Day stall and the fun and joy it brings the kids? We are looking for someone to lead the Father’s Day stall this year. You will lead a team of volunteers and be supported by the Exec Committee. Without stall conveners these events just can’t happen. If you are interested, please reach out via email or via our Facebook page.
Family Fun Day – Saturday 9th September 2023
We are currently looking for donations of plants, plant accessories- terracotta/ ceramic pots etc and any good condition books. If you would like to donate, please message our Facebook page or send an email to pcsecretary@esspandc.com.au
Calling all bakers!
Family Fun Day wouldn't be complete without a bake sale!
On the morning of the Family Fun Day, Saturday 9th September, we will gratefully receive baked goods of all sorts. You are welcome to prepare anything you are comfortable with but here are a few ideas:
Old fashioned favourites like fudge, coconut ice, chocolate crackles, rocky road
Iced cupcakes and butterfly cupcakes
Tea cakes, whole iced cakes, date loaf and brownies
Slices like vanilla, chocolate, Mars Bar and lemon slice
Biscuits like jam drops, choc chip, melting moments and shortbread.
It would be great to have a small gluten free section as well.
If your talents lay in preserving, we would also love to have a selection of goods like chilli sauce, jams, chutney and relish. Some freshly baked bread to go with would top it off!
