Sports News
Welcome back to another busy term in sport.
Last week to help with our NAIDOC events, in PE we focused on a range of traditional indigenous games. We played, Kai, Gorri and Wulijini. Have a chat with your students and see what they thought of the games.

City District Track and Field Carnivals
Our first event for the term is the City District Track and Field Trials where 19 students have been invited to attend in a variety of events on Thursday 27th and Friday 28th July. Best of luck to all those students attending.
Please make sure all the required paperwork and payment has been returned to school by Monday 24th July.
Best of luck with all the competitors, we’re all behind you!
Volleyball Cup
During Term 3 we also attend the Annual Primary Schools Cup with teams of students from year 5 & 6 to participate in this event at Craigslea State High School. This will be held on Thursday 31st August. We are currently working through the lists of interested students with permission forms and invoices to be sent home to those families soon.
Lunch time practice sessions on Fridays have commenced to help us get into the volleyball spirit.
