Enoggera Swim Club is back!

On Friday 6 October we will kick off the swimming fun and we'd love to see you all there. Swim Club is a great opportunity for your kids to develop confidence in the water, improve their swimming and enjoy races in a fun and relaxed family environment.

Swimming options include everything from noodle races to races in all strokes ranging from 15m to 100m. Helpers will be available for the younger kids wanting to have a go, even those who have started prep yet!  We have 8 regular meets throughout the season which is then followed by our Championship Night and Presentation & Celebration Evening early in 2024.

When: Every 2nd Friday night from 6 October 2023 throughout Term 4 and Term 1 next year at the Enoggera State School Pool, off Laurel Street, Enoggera.

Who: Kids and adults are all welcome to participate in the races and free swim.

Time: Free swim begins at 5.30pm and races start at 6.15pm sharp.

Cost: Registration for the 10-week season will be:

  • $50 administration fee per family; and
  • $20 per swimmer capped at 2 swimmers whether adult or child. This means that if your family has more than two swimmers, you will not be charged after the first 2.

Total maximum cost per family will be capped at $90.

Preferred registration method: To register for the Swim Club, please register directly via the QKR app! If you register via QKR, you do not have to complete any other forms.

Alternative: If you do not have the QKR app, please fill in this online form and then pay your registration fee using electronic funds transfer. The bank details are on the registration form.

Food:    The usual sausage sizzle will be available in addition to some new dinner options. Further information will be made available via Facebook prior to commencement of the season.

N.B The Swim Club is a cashless event. All purchases will be via eftpos.

What to bring:

Swim gear, caps, towel and something warm for the kids in between races.

Picnic blankets and/or chairs are also optional if you'd like to sit on the grass.

N.B – no cap, no swim!
