Hello Parents and Caregivers,
Just a reminder that as we move towards the end of the year and the start of the new year – new rules for 2024 will be in place for payment deadlines. Full payment and consent forms must be handed in by their due date. If these deadlines are not met then students will unfortunately miss out. To ensure your student/s do not miss out please keep an eye on the fortnightly newsletter, emails from the admin team and regularly check on QParents.
We appreciate your help with this as the extra pressure on staff to constantly chase consents and payments, is enormous. If you are having financial difficulty, please contact me directly to discuss options.
Swimming consents for 2024 have been emailed out this week to all families, and copies of this are available in the office. Please ensure these consents are handed into classroom teachers before the end of the term, to ensure your student can commence swimming lessons in Term 1.
Orders for purchasing the annual yearbook for 2023 close this Friday the 24th of November! Please ensure you submit the order form prior to Friday the 24th of November to get your copy! Order forms have been emailed out and are also available in the office. An invoice will be raised once you submit your order form. Payment must be recieved by Friday the 1st of December to obtain your copy before the holidays.
Reminder
Online Consents - Parents who have registered for QParents will now have an added tab for online consents. For 2024 we have rolled out using this system for our schools online consent management and state school consent for all students. If you haven't already completed this please ensure you complete these consents by January 22, 2024 to ensure consent's for your student/s is up to date and inline with DOE regulations. If you have any questions about QParents or would like to register please contact administration.
Please advise the administration team if your student/s is planning on leaving at the end of 2023 – this excludes our leaving year 6 students. There is a formal process that needs to be followed to ensure a smooth transition to a new school – the sooner we have this information the quicker we can process this.
