End of Year Movie Night
Our first ever Christmas market was a hit!
Thank you to our wonderful school students who had stalls and to our local artisans for jumping in too. It was so lovely to see so many families shopping for their loved ones.
I think we can all say that the slushie’s were a hit on such a muggy night.
The kids’ carols were a highlight! What a bunch of superstars we have. Yes, we got a little wet, but rain never stopped anyone from having fun!
It was great to see our community stick it out in the weather and see the concert finish. We had families stay behind to have picnics and enjoy their evening!
A big thank you to our P&C volunteer team who put in some amazing effort at the end of the year when I’m sure they really had nothing left and Cr Andrew Wines for all his support over the years!
What a way to kick off the festive season.

Congratulations and a big thankyou to our year 6 cohort. Your efforts at the school over the last 7 years have been amazing. We hope you all have a fantastic night celebrating your amazing children and yourselves on Thursday.
We will miss you all and have been lucky to have you all as part of the school community.
Tuckshop
Volunteer opportunities for TERM 1- 2024 in the Tuck Inn are now available.
The tuckshop roster has weeks 2 to 9 listed for specific “Year Levels”, where we are seeking volunteers, whose children are in that year, e.g., Prep; Year 1; Year 2; etc. This is a great opportunity for parents to meet other parents as well as experience the school tuckshop, or for a group of friends to sign up and have some fun for a couple of hours. Hopefully you will enjoy it and sign up on a regular basis for each term!
Please click on the following link to go to the signup sheet. All parents and grandparents are welcome to volunteer. Don’t be put off if the dates don’t suit, if you are available to volunteer on specific dates please sign up as we do not want to miss out on your help!
If you’re unable to help out in the tuckshop but have some time to bake, please sign up to the Home Baking roster.
Uniform Shop
New opening day in 2024 – MONDAY Mornings 8.00-9.00am
Uniform Shop is open every Monday morning during the 2024 term from 8.00 – 9.00 am. You can purchase from the shop or pre-order uniform items via the QKR! App and pick up from the shop on the following Tuesday. If you are unable to pick the items up, they will be provided to the office to distribute to your child.
Be sure to take note of the school holiday hours below. We are always looking for volunteers to help staff our Uniform Shop, if you are interested, please reach out to ess.uniforms@gmail.com
P&C Meeting
Join us on the 27th February 2024 for our next P&C meeting. With the year coming to the pointy end and some of our current Exec members finishing up, if you’re interested in being part of the P&C now is the time to come along and see what the P&C is all about. Our P&C only runs if we have people at the helm and those around to help.
