Congratulations

Well done 1C for scoring the most points through the year for their conduct in class, lining up, moving around the school and into class in an orderly and careful manner. I shall be bringing along some hot chips (not many) to enjoy with our pizza.

2024

2024 is an exciting year for Digi Tech events. We will have:

• • Robot club for years 2-6: RoboCup Jnr  - June and August Competitions. There is also the Vex IQ National Competition (Yet to be named capital city November)
  • Coding Club years 1-6: NCSS NCSS Challenge Python 3 & Blockly (February);  BEBRAS (March and September); Premier’s Coding Challenge (April – September); Minecraft Build Challenges for Years 5,6 e.g design a sports stadium, build an historical home; construct new orbital outpost to replace the ISS, redesign schools, represent people’s feelings and emotions; “WebComp” (October) Design your own webpage “Cyber Comp” (November); Build games, sprites, apps in code.org public projects (all year); Build a game at Makecode arcade  (all year); Tynker Hour of Code (all year, student must have a home account).
