P&C Meeting & AGM -Tuesday 26 March 6.15pm
Are you looking to be part of the P&C. We are looking for parents and carers to be part of the Executive team in whatever capacity you may have. The roles can be split over various members to help with workload.
Nomination forms for all the Executive Positions can be emailed to you directly or found in the office. Please submit completed nomination forms by 12pm on the day of the meeting to: pcsecretary@esspandc.com.au
All existing members who wish to continue their membership, will need to submit a new application for membership and sign the code of conduct.
We encourage you to complete your membership forms and submit them to the email above prior to the meeting, regardless of whether you can attend the meeting. These forms can be found in the office.
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible.
Frozen Fridays
Every Friday from 3pm-3.15pm we will be selling $1 ice-blocks from the tuckshop for the rest of Term 1 to celebrate the start of the weekend and cool us down in this hot weather. Cash only. See our flyer above. See you all there.
Parents, please note that all children must be supervised while enjoying Frozen Fridays, they mustn’t be running through the gardens or on scooters.

Tuckshop and Homebaking
We are still looking for some help in the tuckshop and with home bakes.
Always feel free to pop your head into the tuckshop to see if you can help out, even if it is only for 15 minutes after drop off.

We are still awaiting an update regarding the use of the newer Android phones using Qkr. Please continue to follow the below instructions.

Wednesday Specials
This term Sushi will be available on Wednesday 13th March. Orders need to be in the Tuesday before by 12 noon. Sushi is delivered at first break.
Uniform Shop
The Uniform Shop will be open every Monday morning from 8.00 – 9.00 am. You can purchase from the shop or pre-order uniform items via the QKR! App and pick up from the shop on the following Tuesday. If you are unable to pick the items up, they will be provided to the office to distribute to your child.
Events
We are very excited to tell you about the events we want to host this year. If you are interested in being part of the organising teams or just want to help out on the day, please get in touch. If there is a particular event that is special to you, please put your hand up. Unfortunately, if we cannot get the help required some events will not go ahead this year.
We are also always looking for new and fun ideas. If you have been to a great event and think it would make for a fantastic fundraiser please get in touch.
