Met North Athletics

Best wishes to Kai C who is attending the Met North Athletics carnival on the 20th and 21st August at QSAC. Kai will be competing in the Long Jump event.

Volleyball Cup

The Annual Primary Schools Volleyball Cup is being held at Craigslea State High School on Thursday 29th August. Students in year 5 & 6 have been busy practicing their skills in PE lessons and lunch time practices.

All students who have nominated to participate in the carnival have now received their permission forms and invoices.

The QParent consent and invoice is due by Thursday the 22nd of August. Please note if we have not recieved your payment by the due date then your student/s will not be able to attend. If you do not have QParents and would like a hard copy of the consent form please email me or visit the office. 

Teams for the carnival will be sorted out in the near future.

Gala Sports Term 4 

At Enoggera we compete in the summer gala sports for grade 5 and 6 students in Term 4. The dates are Friday 4^th, 11^th and 18^th October with a wet weather back up on the 25^th October.

Students choose either Cricket or Touch Football and complete in that sport for the 3 days.

We are currently calculating costs and will have participation notes and invoices out shortly. Costs are trying to be kept at a minimum and with girls touch going back to Shaw Road, we are able to use 1 bus for all of us with only 2 drop offs.

Tennis 

Scott from Slice Tennis is assisting in running our inaugural ESS Tennis Competition. There have been lots of nominations, which is fantastic to see. The competition will be held on Tuesday and Thursday breaks. Look out for some photos soon. Of course, we will highlight the winner of the trophy.
