Thank you to all of the classes and staff that have been helping with cutting out leaves and vines, assisting during rehearsals, using the musical resource videos in classes and putting your hand up to help! Mrs Rees and Miss Dunstan appreciate everyone's contributions in assisting us in putting on a wonderful show for our students and the Enoggera community.
Thank you to all of the wonderful families who helped at our working bee day at our Sunday rehearsal for our Lead Casts. Parents and staff helped bring our prop ideas to life and also assisted in preparing costumes. We appreciate all of your help on the day and we also appreciate all of the donations of materials and props for our musical that we've received over the last couple of months.
Costumes & Show Day Itinerary
Information regarding detailed costume requirements and the show day itinerary for our leads and Prep - 3 students has been emailed home. It is important that families and students have all the correct costume, hair and or makeup requirements. If you have missed this information please check your emails for the Performance Information Pack.
Backstage Crew
Backstage Crew Performance Information Pack has been sent home. Please read all of the information carefully and note the clothes that need to be worn for the performances and the itinerary for the week.
Emails
Emails are our way to communicate all of the important information regarding the musical and it has been evident that some of the emails have been going into junk mail. Please continuously check all inboxes to ensure you do not miss any information from Mrs Rees and Miss Dunstan.
Band Blitz
Please note that students attending the Band Blitz on Wednesday the 28th of August will not be able to participate in the fathers day stall - please make arrangements for siblings or parents/carers to purchase on their behalf.
P&C Food
P&C will be selling pre-ordered food for our performers and community via the QKR App which will be available to purchase on Monday 12th August. Mrs Rees has sent an email home to all families regarding food, however if you have missed this email please see below.
All Year 4 - 6 students and backstage crew who would like to order dinner on Thursday or Friday evenings, will need to select the "3pm" pick up time ONLY. Pizza will not be an option for this time slot.
- All Prep-Year 3 students will need to have dinner before they arrive. No eating or drinking other than dry snacks and water can be consumed while in costume.
- All students (Prep - Year 6) will need to eat before their arrival on Saturday for both performances.
- All Prep - Year 6 students will be able to purchase a Mini Magnum from EPAC after each performance. Please be mindful when children are eating these on Thursday and Friday as they will need to wear their costume again on Saturday.
We would like to take this time to thank the P&C for providing this service for our guests and performers. It really does take a village to create a fun and memorable event. We are looking forward to seeing everyone soon!
