Performance Teams

Our Performance Teams are working extremely hard in their rehearsals, learning their choreography and repertoire in preparation for their competitions and performances. 

For our Dance Team, Miss Dunstan emailed the audio files home for the students use for at home practise. Please use this and encourage students to practise at home, as the more practise the more prepared and confident students will be! 

Please remember to attend your rehearsals on time with your water bottle and sheet music! Remember if you're away please email Miss Dunstan or Mrs Rees to notify us of your absence. 

More information regarding our first performances will be sent home before the end of the Term. 

Reminder - DPT and VPT fees are now overdue. Please ensure these have been paid.

Dance Ensembles

Our Dance Ensembles unfortunately haven't all been able to start due to school closure for cyclone Alfred, so I look forward to seeing everyone over the next couple lessons.  Our students in Red, Green and Purple Dance will be learning an upbeat fun Jazz dance in preparation for our Arts on Stage performance in Term 4 and our Boys Crew will be learning a cool Hip Hop Dance. I look forward to working with these enthusiastic students this year! 

Please check the below times for your ensemble group. 

Red Dance - Monday 8am

Boys Crew (Grade 3 - 6) - Monday first break after eating (Everyone is welcome)

Green Dance - Wednesday second break after eating

Purple Dance (Grade 1 -2) - Friday first break after eating (Everyone is welcome)

Please remember to attend your rehearsals on time with your water bottle and if your student is away, please email Miss Dunstan to let her know of your absence.

Choir students are learning their repertoire in preparation for their upcoming performances. Our Senior Choir are learning a special item for ANZAC Day and our Junior Choir students are reviewing their songs from last year and will learn a new song ready for the Winter Soiree.

Junior Choir - Thursday first break after eating in the Music Room

Senior Choir - Friday 8am in EPAC

Recorder Club

Recorder Club students are learning continuing with the BAG repertoire. If you interested in coming along it's not too late. Recorder Club runs Fridays first break after eating in the music room.
