Please find below my updates for this coming fortnight.

GENERAL FINANCE

Just a reminder that full payment on the below activities is due soon or already overdue. It seems we have quite a few overdue invoices still popping up on our reports. If you have any questions or are having financial difficulty and require financial assistance, please contact me via email - bsm@enoggerass.eq.edu.au to arrange a payment plan.  

Parents who haven’t made payment for their children’s CARS & STARS subscription will unfortunately directly affect children in the classroom, as subscriptions cannot be completed until payment is made.

INVOICES

Just letting all parents and carers know, invoices are always sent out to the paying parent via email. The paying parent is allocated at time of enrolment and can only be changed if requested in writing. What this means is that only one paying parent can view invoices online through QParents. If you would like more information around this please email me on bsm@enoggerass.eq.edu.au

YEAR 5/6 CAMP

Just a reminder to all parents of Year 5/6 students, the ESS Medical Details and Behaviour Form is due this Friday the 4th of April. Hard copies of this form have been sent home with students today, if you havent already sent this through via email please do so via admin@enoggerass.eq.edu.au or hand in the hard copy to your classroom teacher.

STUDENT CREDITS

If you believe you may have a student credit on your account, please contact me directly to apply this credit as you are unable to allocate credits through QParents online.

We strongly recommend all parents to sign up to Qparents, so they can stay in the loop with the schools’ happenings. If you have any other financial inquiries, please contact me directly.

LOST PROPERTY

Just letting parents and students know that at the end of each term all lost property with a name will be stored securely over the holidays and returned to the lost property shelves at the start of the following term. Anything without a name will be either thrown away or donated to charity i.e., handed to the P&C for second hand sales.
