Below are my updates for the coming fortnight:

GENERAL FINANCE

A friendly reminder that payment for the following activities is due soon or is already overdue. We’ve noticed several outstanding invoices on our reports. If you have any questions or are experiencing financial difficulty, please don't hesitate to reach out to me via email at bsm@enoggerass.eq.edu.au to arrange a payment plan. 

Please be aware that unpaid CARS & STARS subscriptions directly affect the classroom, as we cannot complete these subscriptions until payment is received.

A quick reminder: invoices are always sent to the paying parent via email. The paying parent is designated at the time of enrolment, and this can only be changed upon written request. Therefore, only the paying parent can view invoices through QParents. If you have questions or need more information, feel free to email me at bsm@enoggerass.eq.edu.au .

If you believe there is a student credit on your account, please reach out to me directly so I can apply the credit for you, as this cannot be done through QParents.

We strongly encourage all parents to sign up for QParents to stay informed about school activities. For any other financial inquiries, please contact me directly.

QPARENTS

All consents are now emailed through QParents directly. If you haven’t signed up please ensure you do so that you don’t miss out on invoices or consents that may be outstanding. If you elect not to sign up to QParents please ensure you visit the office regularly to collect hard copy consent forms.

LOST PROPERTY

Just a reminder to parents and students that the school’s lost property is located directly under the administration office outside of the uniform shop. A big thank you to the parents in the community who have been collecting lost property daily and putting items in this area for students to collect. If your child is missing an item please make sure they check this regularly as sometimes things may go walkabout and then show up here a few days or weeks later.

WELCOME TO OUR NEW ADMINISTRATION OFFICER                              

Hello Parents and Carers,

My name is Jacinta Slater, and I have started as the Administration Officer at Enoggera State School this term. Everyone has been very welcoming, and it has been lovely meeting all the students, parents and teachers.

I am enjoying all the daily happenings at Enoggera State School especially the Wreath laying service and all the effort the students went to for dress like a Pirate Day.

Previous, to this role I was the administrator at Wilston State School. I am also a busy mum of three children and a menagerie of animals. On the weekends you might find me marrying couples, as I am also a Marriage Celebrant.

Thanks for the lovely welcome Enoggera State School and I look forward to seeing all your friendly faces in the office soon.
