Passwords
Thank you to all the Year One students who have been practising their QLearn passwords at home. Typing skills have improved across the Year 1 cohort yet many students continue to struggle with using the "Shift" key to make capital letters. I greatly appreciate parents and guardians helping the students type their password at home. Power off the computer to practise the key pattern.
Try to do this regularly - daily would be ideal! Typing on a phone or iPad will be time well spent to assist students access their weekly online lessons.
Premier's Coding Challenge
Premier's Coding Challenge students are asked to open a Scratch Online account to help with developing their projects at home then again at school. Parents and guardians please sign-up your child with your email address.
We already have some completed prototypes, but we also have lost some students as well. All Challenge students are welcome to see Mr Harris for coding hints. Before school is an excellent time to drop by. Bring a friend to the Computer Lab any day of the week (8.30 - 8.40am)
