A Night at the Movies ....
What a night! With 13 tables the EPAC was full of teams dressed for success. We had Movie Villains, Minions, The Simpson's, Netflix Streaming Teams, Grease Lightening, Detectives, Movie Foods and more. ESS parents were dressed and pumped for a fun night. We played 6 rounds of trivia dispersed with coin toss games, Oscar worthy performances for bonus points, stage dancing and more. Congratulations to the winning team Movie Villains. A very close competition in the end with only one point between the top three teams, but a win worthy of your gold Oscar statuettes. Display them with pride! We look forward to seeing you all again next year.
SHOUT OUT
Our fortnightly shout out! An opportunity to thank members of our school community who have supported the P&C this fortnight. A round of applause for our Trivia Team who made our trivia night such a success: Host of the Show Xavier Carah (P&C Vice President); Bar Man Shane Evans (P&C Treasurer); Technology Queen Jessica Wall (Social Marketing P&C); Raffle Ticket Huslers Rita Rush (P&C Secretary) & Mel Russell (P&C President); Gold Coin Toss Gamester Brad Shipton and our Poster Graphic Designer Emily Howard. What a team! Thank you for such a fun filled night of laughter, games, dancing...and a bit of trivia.
100 CLUB ***UPDATE***
Due to low ticket sales to date the 100 Club has been extended! The draw is now planned to take place on the earlier of the Christmas Event in November or when all tickets are sold. Please get involved, support the P&C and be in with a chance to win big!
2025 ESS P&C 100 Club Raffle - tickets are available on QKR! Only 100 tickets available, $50 each.
Total prize pool of $2,500 to be won! Drawn as 3 prizes, 1st - $2,000, 2nd - $300 and 3rd - $200.

We need TUCKSHOP Volunteers for TERM 3
Did you know, the Tuckshop is solely run and operated by the P&C. Rosetta our fabulous tuckshop convenor has been with our school for over 10 years, but she cannot operate the tuckshop on her own! We need 2-3 volunteers each day to ensure we can open the tuckshop doors and serve our children.
We need YOU! The Tuckshop can only operate with the support of our fantastic volunteers, and we’d love for you to be part of the team. If you can spare any time - by baking home treats on the weekend, joining our sticker club whilst you wait before school or helping in the tuckshop itself, please get in touch to lend a helping hand. Every little bit helps! If you have a keen grandparent, neighbour or friend, we would also love their help.
