P & C News
Welcome to Term 4, 2025
It’s hard to believe we’ve reached the final term of the school year! As we head into the home stretch, there’s still plenty happening around our school and lots of opportunities to get involved.
Our P&C has a few exciting activities and events planned to wrap up the year — so keep an eye out for updates and ways you can join in. Whether it’s helping out at an event, lending a hand in the Tuckshop, helping swim club on club nights or simply coming along to support, every bit of involvement helps make our school community stronger.
Let’s make this last term a fun, positive, and successful end to 2025!
Term 4 Events to Look Forward To!
Term 4 is shaping up to be a busy and exciting finish to the year, with plenty happening around our school community!
Mango Drive
Our annual Mango Drive is in full swing! Purchase a $29 tray of delicious Bowen Mangoes via QKR! for delivery around the end of November. A perfect way to support the school and stock up on fresh summer fruit!
Arts on Stage - Thursday 27th November
The P&C will be serving hot food for performers before their time on stage, along with light snacks, drinks, and ice creams available for the audience to enjoy throughout the evening. Come along and support our talented students as they shine! More information to follow.
Christmas Movies & Markets – Friday 5th December
Save the date! This much-loved event is back on the Oval. It’s a great opportunity for kids and local businesses to showcase and sell their hobbies or crafts—Expression of Interest forms for a stall will be emailed to all families next week.
Each year group will once again perform a Christmas song, and we’ll have plenty of food and treats available, including a Japanese food truck, sausage sizzle, pulled pork burgers, fairy floss, soft drinks, snacks, and ice creams.
We’ll finish the night with a family movie (TBC) under the stars—bring your picnic rugs and make it a fun family night out!
We will require help for the afternoon/night event. If you can help us, please sign up here - volunteersignup.org/TH997
