P&C AGM

Thank you to those that came along in person and virtually to our AGM and general meeting last night and welcome to our new members. We are looking forward to a great year fundraising towards our goal of putting a roof over our multipurpose courts.

Congratulations to our existing Executive team who have retained their positions and also congratulations to our new Communications Officer, Lisa McDonald. Welcome to the ESS P&C!

We would like to say a humungous thank you to our outgoing Communications Officer, Khesanh Brock, for all your wonderful help over the last 12-18 months.

CONTAINERS FOR CHANGE - HOLIDAY CHALLENGE – COLLECTION SERVICE

It’s been a quiet year, so we want to get things happening these holidays by setting a challenge to ourselves and our community! Let’s get our container collections numbers up and get the year back on track!

We are now offering a holiday COLLECTION SERVICE- on July 12th, 2020 from 9am-12noon. We will come to your house or place of business and collect them for you!

Details are:

• Text collection requests to 0422505332 or message via our Facebook page prior to the collection day.
• Containers can be in buckets/bins/reusable bags as we will empty them into our trailer and leave them behind for you to re-use.
• You do not need to be present for collection, as long as they are left in an accessible area.
• Collection within 5km of Enoggera State School.

Remember, a little bit of effort on your part will make a big difference for our school and the environment.

The purple bins will be back as of the first Monday of Term 3 if you would like to drop your collection off yourselves.

Remember to only dispose of eligible containers and not rubbish. Check the back of the container for the 10c symbol.

TUCKSHOP

Feedback is key to ensuring our tuckshop is meeting the needs of our kids and parents. We always welcome new ideas about menu items and want to continue evolving the menu in Term 3.
