Head of Curriculum
What a busy and productive start we have had to Term 4. I commend our students for the positive attitude and commitment they are consistently showing towards their Learning across all curriculum areas. It has been pleasing to see students demonstrating Safety and Relationships both in and out of the classroom. These pillars develop kind, caring and engaged members of the Enoggera Family and help make our school the wonderful place it is.
Luckily, this term we have been able to reintroduce excursions, incursions and camps albeit with some adjustments. These valuable activities allow students to ‘broaden their horizons’ and provide meaningful learning experiences in real world contexts. Last week our Year 6 students went to Camp Garapine and our Year 2 students attended Lone Pine Sanctuary. I have it on good authority that our students represented our school very well with impeccable manners and behaviour. A huge thank you to those parents who donated their time to assist the Year 2’s with their excursion. Next week the Year 3 cohort will be attending Trevena Glen Farm. I look forward to hearing about all their adventures on their return.
