Student Code of Conduct
At present we are refining our Enoggera State School Student Code of Conduct. This document was previously called our Responsible Behaviour Plan and will clearly articulate the responsibilities and processes we use in our school to promote a productive, effective whole school approach to discipline.
Its purpose is to facilitate high standards of behaviour from all in the school community, ensuring learning and teaching in our school is prioritised, where all students are able to experience success and staff enjoy a safe workplace. A draft copy of this document is available on the Enoggera State School website under quick links. https://enoggerass.eq.edu.au/supportandresources/formsanddocuments/documents/student%20code%20of%20conduct%202021.pdf
Reflection Room Procedures
At Enoggera students are referred to the Reflection Room if they are requiring support in managing their behaviour or strategies when encountering conflict or difficult situations both in classroom and playground settings. This strategy is a proactive measure employed to use students’ own behaviours to drive learning opportunities so that they can make positive or more effective choices moving forward. The reflection room is open at first break every day from 11:10 – 11:40am. Parents will be notified via email if their child has attended the reflection room with some information around why. We encourage you to discuss the visit with your child and allow them to communicate their learning with you.
