Position Vacant – P & C Secretary
Sian Gillinder, has resigned from the P & C Secretary role as she and the family move overseas to take up an exciting career opportunity. The P & C Executive are looking to fill the Secretary role. Essentially the Secretary role collates the agenda papers for each meeting, (including subcommittee reports) and assists the President in preparing an agenda for each meeting. Prepare and present minutes of P & C meetings, record and deal with correspondence in/out as directed and generally organise, record and maintain information pertaining to the activities of the P & C. If you are an organised person and been interested in joining the P & C please contact Renee Coyne, president@esspandc.com.au

Arts on Stage – Sausage Sizzle
A sausage sizzle will be available prior to Arts on Stage on Friday, 19 November. This will provide performers and families a light and early dinner option. The sausage sizzle will be available from 5.00 – 6.15 pm.
Please pre-order your sausages and drinks, along with your tickets, on QKR! App prior to midday, Friday 19 November.
The Mango Fundraiser
Thank you so much for supporting The Mango Fundraiser with other 150 tray of mangoes ordered! This is a fantastic result given the small amount of time we had to order this year. Now we wait to for the golden goodness to be delivered in early December. Once again thank you for your support!
P & C Planning for 2022
The P & C will be meeting on Monday, 15 November at 7.30 pm (video meeting) to plan for 2022. All P & C members should have received an invitation to join the meeting. If you have any ideas for events and activities in 2022 please contact the P & C via pandc@enoggerass.eq.edu.au
Uniform Shop
MUSIC PERFORMANCE SHIRTS – If your child is in the beginners string ensemble this year and is planning to continue with strings next year they will require a Music Shirt. The shirts are NOT available to order via QKR! App due to the non-standard sizing of the shirts and the limited availability of sizes, you will need to visit the Uniform Shop to order a shirt.
Uniform Shop is open every Tuesday morning at 8.15 am. The Uniform Shop will also be open at the Prep Transition morning on Friday, 19 November at 10.45 am.
If you have second-hand ESS uniforms in a reasonable, wearable condition please donate them to the Uniform Shop. This also includes Music Performance shirts. Please only donate ESS supplied uniform items, all other items can be donated to a local thrift shop.
Tuckshop
If you are available in 2022 to be a tuckshop volunteer or to provide home baking please contact the P & C via opsmanager@esspandc.com.au
Containers for Change
Let’s sprint to the end of 2021 and fill up the Containers for Change bins (purple bins)!! With the silly season fast approaching each household number of containers will increase, please collect them and drop them in the bins at school or visit the depot.
To check if your containers are eligible, check the back of the container for the 10c symbol (lids must also be removed). You can visit the depot deposit your containers and contribute to the ESS scheme, our school scheme ID is C10051863
Commemorative Pins
Commemorative Pins are still available on QKR! App. The pins are a great memory of the school’s 150th Anniversary. You will have a choice of a stick pin or a clasp backing. They are $10 and can be picked up from the Uniform Shop on a Tuesday morning or provided to your child if you are unable to pick them up.
