Reporting Timelines and information
Semester 1 Report Cards will be distributed to parents via email on Thursday 23rd June. It is very important that you notify administration of any change of details via Admin@enoggerass.eq.edu.au
These documents provide information on your child’s demonstrated ability against year level achievement standards and their effort in each Subject. Students overall achievement marks are based on assessment tasks completed in Term 1 and Term 2. Reporting is measured against a 5 point scale for each juncture of learning.
Year level Teachers moderate at varying stages of the teaching and learning cycle to ensure consistency and calibrated judgements. It is important to remember that student grades may vary from semester to semester due to the aspects of curriculum standards being assessed and the way in which assessment is being demonstrated (for example, test, oral presentation). Should you have any questions around your child’s progress please contact their class teacher via email.

The theme is about stepping into your own story and dreaming with your eyes open, listening to country as the first storyteller and learning from friends who help you on your way. Enoggera State school will have many fun activities available for students in the library during this week to celebrate the event. Our Book Week Parade will occur at the end of the week. We love seeing all the wonderful creative costumes! Further information will be provided in upcoming Newsletters. Please note the shortlisted books nominated for Picture Book of the Year below.
Environmental Learning at Enoggera
This term Year 3 and 4 have been investigating sustainable practices undertaken at Enoggera. Students have researched the processes involved in Composting and Recycling; the people responsible for running the practices and recognised the impacts and benefits that these environmental initiatives have on our personal, school and community health. Students have loved exploring the resources first hand!
