Deputy Principal Pen
I have thoroughly enjoyed my year at Enoggera State School and have made some very special memories along the way! I am looking forward to the new year and the opening of our beautiful new building. It will lovely for the students to have the oval back as well. I am also excited to welcome our new preppies to our school to begin their learning journey! Congratulations to our new Student Leaders for 2023. I am looking forward to working with you next year.
Farewell Year 6
It is with a sadness that I say goodbye to our Year 6 cohort who have been a wonderful group of young people that have impressed me throughout the year. I know that they will thrive at high school and I wish them luck with their studies ahead. Having just had my own daughter graduate from Year 12 this week, I know how fast the years go so enjoy them! Finally, a special farewell to Mr Roxburgh. I have only had the pleasure of working with Darren for a little over a year, but I can see the great respect that the students and school community have for him. He has made a lasting impression on our school and the children he has taught over the years and I wish him well with his new position in the future.
I would also like to say goodbye and good luck to the other staff members moving on next year. It has been a pleasure working with you – Melissa Wilcox, Jo Jardine, Alex Osborn, Diahann Finlayson, Mariel Hopper, Chanel Taddeo, Leanne Haslam. I wish you all the best in your next endeavours! Thank you for your dedication to the students of our school.
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from my family to yours. Stay safe over the break and see you all in the new school year.
